Personalisation is available only on products where a personalisation field or option is shown on the product page.
1. Choose your gift
Select the design, size, colour or other available options shown on the product page.
2. Add the requested details
Enter the name, message or other information exactly as you want it to appear. Where a photo is required, upload the image requested on the product page.
3. Check before ordering
Please review spelling, numbers, dates and uploaded photos carefully before placing the order. We produce using the details submitted with the order.
4. We make it in-house
Once production begins, changes may not always be possible. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will help wherever production status allows.
Products that are not personalised will not show a personalisation field.
